Procedure for application and registration

  Ensure you have received our Processes & Procedures for Students, and that you have read it, understood it and it is kept for easy reference.

step 1

Complete the application form, attach the supporting documents and submit them to the Full Gospel Church of God College (FGCC) Registration Department.

Consult the list below of the required supporting documents for your application.

Using either your online / mobile banking app, or nearest bank / ATM, effect payment of the Application Fee (once off). Consult the ‘Financial Information’ document for the relevant fee as provided by the Office of the Registrar. Use your Initials and Surname and include the word “App” after your surname as reference.

Upon receipt of Proof of Payment of the Application Fee, your application with the supporting documents, will be evaluated.

Late Applications will be considered within a new deadline and an adjusted ‘Late Application Fee’ will be applied.

A virtual interview will be arranged with the relevant FGCC Officials.

Once your application is approved, you will be allowed to commence with the registration process, and you will receive a Student Number.

An annual Registration Fee will be required. You will be required to use your Student Number and include the word “Reg” after your Student Number as reference.

Once Proof of Payment of the Registration Fee is received, the Administration Office will process your registration.

You will receive an email link to the Learning Management System (LMS).

Click on the link and log in, and in the process, set up your password (note, we do not have access to your password.

Make sure you log off the Learning Management System (LMS).

Please bookmark the page. Kindly remember to use your Student Number in all correspondence with the Full Gospel Church of God College.

All Teaching & Learning materials will be provided online through our Teaching & Learning platform.

You are required to use the Teaching & Learning materials for your studies and to assist you with your formative assessments. Deadlines for these submissions will be provided.

  2. Incomplete information can lead to unnecessary delays in the processing of applications.

  3. This form is applicable for the entire duration of the programme for which you intend registering.
